Tim Slade
Tim's films have screened throughout Australia and internationally in cinemas, film festivals, in-flight and online. They are represented by distribution companies in New York and Australia and have been sold in Europe, the USA, Asia and the UK. He has received funding through the Australian Film Commission, the Film Finance Corporation, the New South Wales Film and Television Office and SBS Independent, as well as receiving finance from US investors and presales from broadcasters in Europe, Asia and the USA.
Joanna Buggy
Joanna brings to the company a background in managing the careers of distinguished opera singers, instrumentalists and conductors and the production of live performances and recordings of leading contemporary and classical ensembles and individual artists. Engaged by RB Films as Associate Producer on 'Musical Renegades', this was the impetus for a new direction and lead to her formation of Vast Productions with Tim Slade in 2004. Directed by Tim and written and produced by both filmmakers, the critically-acclaimed debut feature documentary, '4' marked the formation of an exciting new Australian force in cinema.
